One of the most meaningful experiences during my classroom placement involved working with a student who initially found school to be overwhelming. At the beginning of the school year, the student often became distressed throughout the day and struggled to participate in classroom activities. Attending school was difficult, and emotional outbursts were a regular occurrence.

This experience reinforced my belief that strong relationships are at the heart of effective teaching. Every child deserves patience, understanding, and someone who believes in their potential. Watching this student's confidence and joy grow reminded me why I chose to pursue a career in education. It is a privilege to help students discover that school can be a place where they feel safe, supported, and capable of success.
